Our Company has assembled a collection of instruments, or test scales, that were
authored by credible sources, have been validated by studies independent from
the author, have proven effective over a period of time and were available to
the public.
Our test scales are compilations of individual instruments that provide a comprehensive
analysis of symptoms and consequences. Using the results of multiple scales, author bias is
minimized and a balanced, accurate assessment is provided.
We are dedicated to providing accurate evaluations of behaviors and
preventing false indicators. During the last decade, over 10,000 individuals
have been tested using these instruments in controlled environments. The
database of these test results is available to anyone who would like to verify
or further test the validity of these results. References are also available
from the hundreds of companies that have used our products. When possible, the
test authors have been consulted to insure that the original test scales are
properly represented in our compiled instruments and our staff of consultants
have reviewed all the test scales we use to insure that our finished instruments
designs meet the criteria that was the basis for the validity studies.
We have also reviewed hundreds of other instruments that are currently being used and
have found none that were not designed by one individual, or group of
individuals, and contain the inherent biases that all such developments contain.
It is for this reason, that we have elected to use a variety of test scales so
that each set of biases actually strengthens our compiled instrument results but
prevent the false positive results that can occur with single test scales. There
may be better marketed assessment instruments than those we use; however, there are
none as effective. |
